4. WDF Player Levy and Anti-Doping Statement:

• A sum of 2.00 USD is included in the entry fee for the WDF Ranked Singles Events. This Player Levy will be used to fund the WDF Anti-Doping programme and other related WDF activities and services.
  
  
• All WDF sanctioned events are subject to WDF Anti-Doping rules. The WDFs Anti-Doping rules can be found by visiting https://www.dartswdf.com/rules/
  
  
• It is forbidden for any Youth or Under 23 player to drink any form of alcoholic beverage during a WDF Sanctioned Event. Random Alcohol test may occur at any time during a WDF Sanctioned Event

5. WDF Asia:

 A WDF Asian Event is ranked not only in the WDF Main Ranking Table, but also in the WDF Asia Regional Ranking Table.

These events award WDF Main Ranking Points and are also included in the Asia-specific ranking system, which serves as a key reference for selecting Asian wildcard spots for major tournaments such as the WDF World Championship and the WDF World Masters.

Prize money for all categories will be in USD.

Special Prize for Top Players:

• The top-ranked players in the Men’s Singles and Women’s Singles events (one male and one female) will receive direct invitations to the 2025 WDF World Championship.

Youth Events (U18 & U23):

• Prize Money: There is no prize money for U18 and U23 events.
• Participation Gifts: All youth participants will receive a participation gift.
• Top 4 Winners: Special dart products sponsored by the tournament’s sponsors will be awarded to the top 4 players in each youth category.

Important Notes:

• Uniform Guidelines:
  Players must adhere to WDF dress code regulations. Team shirts or attire must be of uniform color and style. Jeans, denim, or corduroy pants are not permitted.
• Refund Policy:
  Entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
• Marker Duty for All Players:
  All players are required to fulfill the marker duty during the tournament. A designated marker will be assigned to each match. Players who are designated as markers must fulfill this duty as part of their tournament obligations.

Youth Participant Guidelines:

• Youth players under the age of 23 are eligible for the Senior events; however, if competing in the U18 or U23 tournaments, they cannot participate in the Senior Men’s or Women’s Singles events.
• Age eligibility follows WDF regulations:

• U18
  Players must be under the age of 18 on December 31, 2024, to compete in any WDF-ranked Youth tournaments during the 2025 season (January 1 to December 31, 2025), including all major tournaments linked to that season.
• U23
  Players must be under the age of 23 on December 31, 2024, to compete in any WDF-ranked Under 23 tournaments during the 2025 season (January 1 to December 31, 2025), including all major tournaments linked to that season.

Visa Application:

Most European, American, and Oceanian countries do not require a prior visa to enter Korea.
However, some countries in Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia do require a visa.

Please check in advance whether a visa is required for entry into Korea.

1. To issue visas for entry to Korea, participating countries requiring additional invitation documents must submit the necessary information, including the player’s name and passport number, to receive an Official Invitation Letter from KDF. This information must be provided at least three months in advance.
2. While the criteria and procedures for visa issuance vary by consulate in each country, the process generally takes around two months. Since it may be difficult to purchase airline tickets before obtaining a visa, applying for a visa at least three months in advance is the safest approach.
3. The Korea Darts Federation (KDF) supports the visa application process in the following ways:
   1. Providing an official invitation letter with detailed information about the tournament.
   2. Submitting tournament information to the relevant embassy or consulate and formally requesting visa issuance, if necessary.
   3. Please note that, in some cases, host countries may request a financial guarantee for participants' stay to issue visas. However, the KDF does not provide legal guarantees for participants' stays.
   4. Visa applications must be submitted directly to the consulate or embassy in your country. Beyond the tasks specified above, the KDF will not handle the visa application process on your behalf.

Participants can request an accommodation package. The package is optional and not mandatory.
WDF member countries entering through the WDF World Cup Package do not need to apply for a separate meal package.
